When you are in Canada, you should not miss their Saskatchewan favorite, Dill pickle vodka.
For starters, pickle refers to pickled cucumber or a process fermenting cucumber in brine vinegar. To give a twist, instead of preserving cucumber in vinegar, we deep it in vodka for three days and combine it with spring fresh dill, whole black peppercorns, mustard seed, garlic clove. Aside from its taste, Dill Pickle also has its health benefits such as a good pre and post workout drink, good for digestion, a powerful antioxidant, and a remedy for PMS. Vodka also has impressive health benefits such as it is known to aid in reducing stress, ease headaches and numbing pains, and has protective effect against heart diseases.
Here are top Dill Pickle Vodka Brands that I normally use:
1. Lucky Bastard Birmingham’s Dill Pickle Vodka
This is initially formulated in Birmingham’s Vodka and Ale House in Regina, Saskatchewan and became popular.
2. Last Mountain Distillery Dill Pickle Vodka
